Many times when the buyer of a new manufactured home is getting an FHA, VA loan, the FHA or VA loan underwriter requires that the mobile home has been placed on a permanent foundation according to HUD Form 92051 and the permanent foundations guide. This HUD Form 92051 requirement is becoming more common, even with conventional (private) loans for new manufactured home loans.
